Peel avocado, remove the pit and slice.
Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat. Add the bacon to the pan and fry on one side for approx. 5 minutes until crispy. Turn and fry for an additional 3 minutes and remove from the pan.
Add the eggs and fry as desired.
Serve the bacon with eggs avocado and olives. Season with salt and pepper.
