Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
Cut the pepper into strips, the green onion into rings, finely dice the garlic and add everything into a bowl.
Add all ingredients mentioned below into a bowl and mix until you get a smooth batter.
Pour the batter onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, top with the veggies, crumble the feta on top and bake for approx. 20 minutes.
Finely chop the chives and mix with the yogurt, olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Take the baking tray out of the oven, cut the fakecaccia into pieces and serve with the yogurt.
