Finely chop the garlic and onion. Dice the pepper, and halve the tomatoes.
Heat the oil in a pot over on high heat. Add chicken substitutre, onion, tomato, pepper and garlic and fry and sear briefly. Turn the heat to medium.
Add the vegetable broth, white wine, pasta, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, paprika powder into the pot and bring to a boil. Add more water if needed.
Let the pasta cook for approx. 10 minutes until the pasta is al dente. Season with salt and pepper.
Coarsely chop the basil. Serve the pasta and top with cheese and basil.
