Cut the green onion into rings, finely chop the olives and dried tomatoes and add everything into a bowl.
Add the yogurt, tuna, egg, and breadcrumbs into the bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Shape approx. ¾ in thick patties. Heat the olive oil in a non stick frying pan on medium heat and fry the patties until golden brown.
Peel and remove the pit from the avocado, put in a bowl and mash with a fork. Finely chop the garlic and add into the bowl.
Add the olive oil and honey and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Wash the lettuce, slice the tomato and onion.
Toast the buns and stack your burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, and tuna patty.
