Prepare the falafel mix according to the package instructions.
Cut the lettuce into bite-size pieces, dice the tomato and pepper and add everything to a bowl.
Finely chop the garlic and dice the bread.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and fry the garlic and bread cubes until golden brown and set aside.
