Peel the turnip and cut into bite-size pieces. Dice the pepper, halve the tomatoes and add everything into a bowl. Dice the onion and set aside.
Heat the margarine in a pot on medium heat and fry the onions until they turn translucent. Add the vegan minced meat and fry for approx 10 minutes until the meat starts to brown.
Finely chop the garlic and add into the pot. Add the veggies and fry for an additional 10 minutes.
Add the tomato paste and fry for 1-2 minutes. Deglaze with the vegetable broth, add paprika and pepper and cook for 10 minutes and serve.
