Finely slice the apple.
In a bowl, mash the banana. Add the milk and mix until smooth.
Add the whole grain flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt into the bowl and whisk until smooth.
Heat the canola oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the batter and fry for approx. 3-4 minutes until the bottom starts to brown.
Turn with a spatula and bake for approx. 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Slide the pancake onto a work surface and cut into bite-size pieces.
Add the apples, raisins and agave syrup into the pan and caramelize stirring occasionally. Add the Kaiserschmarrn pieces, heat briefly and serve with the apple puree.
