Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Fry the veggie mince, onion and garlic until the onions turn translucent. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, and water.
Add the corn, crushed pepper, and cinnamon, bring to a boil, turn down the heat and let simmer for approx. 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Serve the chili and top with the cream cheese.
