Prepare the quinoa according to the package instructions. Halve the tomatoes.
Slice the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and rosemary and fry for approx. 30 seconds.
Add the tomatoes fry for approx. 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Put the tomatoes into a bowl.
Finely chop the parsley and mint and add into the bowl alongside the quinoa.
Add the feta into the bowl and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle lime juice on top and serve.
