Cook the potatoes until they are soft.
Preheat the oven to 400 °F.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the veggie minced meat and fry until it starts to brown. Turn off the heat and set aside.
Finely chop chives, onion, and garlic and mix with olive oil and feta.
Add the veggie minced meat into the bowl and mix well.
Drain the potatoes and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Smash the potatoes with a potato masher, fork or bottom of a glas.
Top the potatoes with the feta mix and bake in the oven for approx. 40 minutes until golden brown.
Finely dice the chives and mix with yogurt. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the potatoes with the dip.
