Preheat the oven to 425 °F.
Finely grate the zucchini, place in a colander, salt generously and let sit approx. 10 minutes. Transfer the zucchini onto a kitchen towel, close tightly and squeeze out excess liquid over the sink.
Finely chop the basil. In a bowl mix the basil, tomato sauce, oregano, and salt.
Thinly slice the onion, tomato, and mozzarella.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, flour, salt zucchini until combined. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread the zucchini dough evenly onto it. Bake for approx. 8 minutes.
Take the baking tray out of the oven, spread the tomato sauce evenly on top of the zucchini pizza and top with the onions and mozzarella.
Bake for approx. 15-20 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
Top the pizza with fresh basil and serve.
